Thanks To My Readers

Dearest darlings,

On a fairly regular basis, a couple of of you will write in the comments that you have just found this blog and that you love it.

I don't always respond individually to each of these lovely little shout-outs, but I do read every one of them and feel immensely grateful for your participation in this on-line community.

Thank you for reading PeaceBang's Beauty Tips for Ministers. Every one of you.

PeaceBang, you rock.

Blessings as you move into the fall season. How uncivilized -- autumn is over a month away and we're all supposed to be gearing up for church years, academic years, et al. Yech. Remember, my dears, hot tubs and massages and cups of tea. Keep ye holy the Sabbath even if on the Sabbath you are a preacher -- take a day OFF. It doesn't have to be a Saturday or Sunday. You too, darling PeaceBang, yea even a day off from blogging for us. You need your beauty rest and we will support you in this.

XOXO
Caroline Divine,
(...turning into Our Lady of Perpetual Meetings this overly busy week in my little academic institution, where classes begin next week... and on top of that the local Episcopal diocese, where I am also involved, scheduled a Saturday morning meeting for one of our committees. Aaaaaagh. I am going into hiding for the day tomorrow.)

PB,

I have found a fabulous (and inexpensive) new line for you to try. It's made by loreal. Very fun although I use it in a less dramatic way than their models. It adds just a little spark and sass to whatever look you go for. My favirite so far in the Loreal HIP High Intenisity Pigment line is the Pure Pigment Shadow Stick in Exquisite(gold).

Here is a link.. must check this out!

Pinks, I'm all over it. Just never mentioned the HD because I think it's a bit glam for most of my readers. May they smite me for saying that, but I think it's true.

PB, I just had this wicked thought that next season's Project Runway should include a "dress the minister" challenge and let you be the guest judge that week.

I TOTALLY LOVE THAT! And we get to use models from REAL LIFE! Which means that no size 4 girl is going to be called "zaftig" by Heidi Klum! We'll bring on the 12's and 14's!

Just a note - I was much dismayed when Allison was axed at the last challenge. And it would be a great challenge to dress the minister for the designers. I think there will be a challenge for designing for the average person.

I hope you have a very good vacation. Thanks for the blog. I've been thinking about fashion choices in div school and I wish I could take them back. But I shall move onward from here.
